Returns and Exchanges

If you are in any way unhappy with your goods, items you want to return for a refund or an exchange will be accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items returned outside that period will only be refunded if the return has been authorised by our customer service team.

If you are within the European Union and return your entire order for a refund within 14 calendar days of receiving it, we will also refund any initial postage and packing charges.

Please note that your statutory rights are not affected. To return an item, please contact we will then send you our returns form.

We will only accept returns of items that are unused and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. We will not accept returns of items that have been worn or where the tags have been removed.  

Please note that we are not responsible for return postage. When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.

We aim to process all returns within 48 hours of reaching us and will email or write to confirm when this has been done. Depending on whom you bank with, refunds may take a further few days to show up on your card statement.
